The Forum for the Meetings by the PUA community that became has been instituted in the district of Quilmes "DAY OF THE PIRATES OF Quilmes" and not just to do with battles fought on our shores centuries ago, but with a "piracy" carried out by some council members during the day, giving Quorum and approving a warrant that gives carte blanche to everything on illegal construction in our city.
